Terms & Conditions: 2 Legs Club and 4 Legs Club members and the person signing for the delivery must be at least 21 years of age.
There is no membership fee to join the 2 Legs Club or 4 Legs Club, and preferred pricing is granted upon signup according to the level of membership. Wine club shipments and subsequent wine purchases are charged at the preferred pricing level, which is the retail price per bottle less the specified discount.
Club Shipment processing is scheduled to occur about May 1st and October 15th. Weather and other circumstances can impact these dates and is under sole discretion of winemaker.
Club Membership includes two shipments per year.
Changes to your membership and cancellations should be made in writing or via email to Karen@Coyoteoaksvineyards.com prior to the processing of your next club shipment (although we respectfully request to be notified at least 30 days prior to the next shipment).
Extra charges incurred for redirected or returned wine shipments are the responsibility of the customer and charges will be applied to your credit card on file.
Currently, Coyote Oaks limits shipping of wine to the state of California only. The laws governing direct-to-consumer shipments require wine club member and those that receive shipments be of 21 years or older. We will make every attempt to accommodate all orders and will let you know if there will be any changes to upcoming shipments.
